As I sit drinking my morning coffee I am lucky to be able to watch birds come into my terrace to feed on bread crumbs we put out for them. They are your regular garden birds but all so pretty and each with their own special character. So funny to watch!
I have always loved seeing them fly in and out and even more so now that we are in the midst of a lockdown which means spending more time at home.
Even one of my dogs, Itzal, has started bird watching!
A while ago I decided to start drawing them.
At the moment there is a beautiful, smoky grey pigeon tucking into the crumbs. I will have to draw him soon!
